Paper and plastic roughness properties after surface refinement processes
Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of the research is to analyse the influence of the refinement processes on the paper and foil surface properties. The surface properties of unprinted, printed, printed and varnished papers were evaluated with the 3D optical micro- scope. The surface roughness coefficients of different ma- terials were calculated in the studies. It was observed that the varnishing process significantly influences the surface roughness properties.
