Lasery dyskowe źródło ciepła dla procesów spawalniczych
Main Article Content
Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono konstrukcję i zalety spawalniczych laserów dyskowych. Przedstawiono zakres zastosowań tych laserów do cięcia i spawania różnymi technikami: spawania z głębokim wtopieniem, spawania metodami hybrydowymi, wiązką ogniskowaną w dwóch punktach oraz spawania wiązką skanującą. omówiono zmodernizowane zrobotyzowane stanowisko Instytutu Spawalnictwa wyposażone w najnowszej generacji laser dyskowy o mocy 12 kW.
The disk lasers heat source for welding processes
Abstract
The constructions and also advantages of disk lasers for welding applications are described in the article. The basic information about application of this lasers in welding and cutting different methods: with deep penetration, hybrid welding methods, with two-points focused beam and scanning beam welding are presented. Moreover, the modernized welding station in Welding Institute with robot and the new generation disk laser with power up to 12 kW are presented.
