Abstract

Opisano podstawy techniczne oraz mechanizm procesu cięcia laserowego metali i techniki cięcia laserowego w stanie ciekłym metalu szczeliny, w stanie odparowanym oraz z wykorzystaniem ciepła reakcji egzotermicznej spalania metalu szczeliny cięcia. Podano teoretyczne zależności określające wpływ mocy wiązki laserowej, współczynnika absorpcji promieniowania laserowego oraz właściwości cieplnofizycznych ciętego metalu na prędkość cięcia.

Theoretical basis of laser cutting of metals

The paper presents theoretical basis and process mechanism of laser cutting of metals. Moreover, the tech- nique of laser cutting of metals in liquid-tight, in fluid-tight and with exothermal heat reaction of burning metal in tight. The theoretical functions about energy density of laser beam, absorption coefficient and heat-mechanical properties of cut metal on the cutting velocity.
